Become a manager

Team Managers (or Executive Officers) are responsible for communication within their team. One of the core responsibilities of a Team Manager is to take as many responsibilities away from their team’s Coaches as possible. So that Coaches can focus on their core Game Day and Training responsibilities.

What does the role involve?

Common responsibilities for Team Managers include

  • Answering questions within your own team about the league, practice schedules, weather events, etc.

  • Organising timings for your team around practice and game day.

  • Distributing information shared by your GM to your team.

  • Communicating team questions or issues to your GM.

  • Being a part of a chat group (typically Messenger or WhatsApp) with other Team Managers in your league.
