Sunshine Coast Baseball Association Inc. 2020 Annual General Meeting

The 2020 AGM for the SCBA will be held at the Mudjimba diamonds, 701 David Low Way, Mudjimba Queensland 4564 on Wednesday the 9th of December commencing at 5:30 pm.

Business to be conducted at the AGM will include:

• Presentation of Accounts

• Constitutional Amendments

• Election of Office Bearers

All committee positions listed below will be vacated and are currently open for nomination.

1. President

2. Vice President

3. Treasurer

4. Assistant Treasurer

5. General Manager

6. Assistant General Manager

Nomination forms can be downloaded via the link below. As per rule 19.1.b of the SCBA constitution must be received by the SCBA Secretary before the close of business on the 25th of November 2020. As per rule 19.1.d, if there are not enough candidates nominated by the start of the AGM, nominations will be taken from the floor.
