Juniors - Little League
Juniors, or Little League, is a great way for developing children to get that active lifestyle they crave.
For ages ranging from 10 through to 15, Little League is a great way to develop growing muscles through strength and cardio training.
With 2 seasons on offer each year, our first in February and second in mid to late August, baseball is a fantastic sport to develop those hand-eye coordination skills.
Players during off-season of either softball or cricket usually excel at baseball and in most circumstances change their sport of choice to baseball due to its fast-paced, high action playing.
With training days on Wednesday afternoons and game days on Sunday mornings, baseball can easily coexist with other sports and most children can play both.
Each player will receive a playing shirt of the team they are placed in and a playing cap.
Players will need closed in, comfortable shoes to run in, preferably cleats, and water. Most other gear is provided if players need to borrow.
